Jeffrey is a Jewish believer of Yeshua the Messiah and is husband to his wife, Tamara, father of four and grandpa to six.  He met Jesus at the age of 40, when God revealed Himself and took Jeff from a heathen to heaven.

Pastor Joe is an ordained minister with a heart devoted to serving God and His people. Having walked faithfully with the Lord for many years, Joe has dedicated his life to sharing the Gospel and encouraging others in their spiritual journeys. His passion for spreading God’s Word began on the Oregon Coast, where he hosted a Christian radio show, reaching listeners with messages of hope, healing, and faith.

In addition to his local ministry, Pastor Joe leads online and Zoom Bible studies, creating opportunities for individuals around the world to dive deeper into God’s Word. Through his teaching, he shares the precepts of God with clarity and love, helping those who are seeking a more profound and meaningful walk with the Lord. His compassionate nature and unwavering belief in God’s transformative power inspire many to grow in their relationship with Christ.

Pastor Joe and his wife, Sonya, a successful local real estate agent, reside in Vancouver, WA. Together, they are also the founders of Portland Smash, a well-known sporting goods clothing store serving the Portland area. While deeply engaged in their local community, Pastor Joe’s heart remains burdened for his home country of Nepal. He prays continually for the Gospel to reach every corner of Nepal and believes in God’s promise that all who hear will be saved. Whether teaching, leading, or interceding, Pastor Joe’s life is a reflection of his deep commitment to God and his calling to guide others into a closer walk with the Lord.

To restore hope, bring healing and restoration for all people to become all that God created them to be through the teaching from biblical truths of the Christian faith and life experiences. Our mission focus is on the restoration, deliverance, healings & salvation of those hurting in the church and on the streets. With an emphasis on marriage, relationships, family and evangelism.

By providing a full range of teaching, preaching, counseling, seminars, community outreach and street ministry. These actions of compassion will help the hurting realize that God loves them and wants relationship with them as everyone has the opportunity for restoration & hope in their family, community and relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ.
